April 9th
- We walked to south bank to see the artificial beach and parkland. We also saw the mini Brisbane eye!
- We took the city ferry to the centre and had a Hot chocolate and scones!

8th April
- Arrived at the airport at 11pm and met up with Shathani, Tim and Ndulamo. tried Tim -tams (yummy biscuit).
9th April
- Met up with Nick and Roz in the city and then went to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. We saw Koalas obviously, Kangaroos, Dingoes, emus, Cockatoos, wombats, fresh water crocodile, snake etc. We bought some Kangaroo food and fed the Kangaroos.
Bangkok
7th April
- arrived in Bangkok at about 5pm, on the taxi to the hotel I met Ben who is another fellow traveller and then we arranged to have dinner and have a drink at the Banyan Tree Hotel. Anyone going to Bangkok has to go to this hotel, (though there is a dress code) as you can see the whole city.
